Physical Development

I believe that having physical goals is something that is very important in a person's life. This year, I plan on developing physically by simply staying healthy. To attain this goal, I will stay on the healthy path that I am already on. Since I play year-round tennis, I am already physically in shape. I also run to keep up my endurance. A healthy diet is another aspect that allows a person to be more physically developed. I am a healthy eater and will continue this healthful diet. My physical goals for this year are to continue the healthy path that I am on.

KELLY! It's Alyssa if you couldn't already tell. I agree with you kelly! Staying healthy is a very important to me as well. Tennis is a very good way to stay healthy and running is too. I also enjoy running. We should go running together sometime! Healthy diets are a major aspect to one's physical development. My physical development sounds just as important as yours. I always try to eat as healthy as I can and stay in shape. Can’t wait to see you tonight. Looks like we won’t be eating too healthy thanks to a few friends named Twizzlers and Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups! :D
